Facility Overview
Our manufacturing facility is located in the E-commerce Industrial Park, Zhecheng County, Shangqiu, Henan, China. The 15,000m² factory is purpose-built for tent manufacturing, with dedicated zones for material storage, cutting, sewing, welding, assembly, quality inspection, and packaging.
The facility is organized for maximum efficiency with a one-way material flow system. Raw materials enter through the receiving dock, move through cutting and sewing stations, and finished products exit through the shipping area. This layout minimizes material handling and reduces production time by approximately 20% compared to traditional workshop layouts.

Quality Control System
Quality is built into every step of our production process, not just inspected at the end. Our QC team follows a 4-stage inspection protocol:
IQC – Incoming Quality Control
Raw materials tested for fabric weight, waterproof rating, color fastness, and tensile strength before entering production.
IPQC – In-Process Quality Control
Inspectors check stitching, seam taping, and component assembly at each production station every 2 hours.
FQC – Final Quality Control
100% finished product inspection: setup test, waterproof test, zipper test, pole fit test, and visual inspection.
OQC – Outgoing Quality Control
Random sampling (AQL 2.5) before shipment. Carton labeling, quantity, and packaging integrity verified.
Lead Time
- Standard models: 25-35 days for 1,000-5,000 units
- Custom OEM/ODM: 35-45 days (including 7-10 days for sample approval)
- Rush orders: 20 days possible with 10% rush fee (subject to line availability)
- Reorders: 20-25 days for existing designs with approved samples on file
