1–3 daysDesign & Sampling
Free sketches and 3D renders for ODM, tech-pack review for OEM. Prototype plus pre-production sample with your exact materials, colors and packaging.
7–14 daysMass Production
From MOQ 200 units per model. IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC in-line inspections with weekly photo updates from the production line.
25–45 daysQC & Delivery
Final AQL 2.5 inspection and a batch QC report with every shipment. FBA-ready packaging and EXW / FOB / DDP shipping.

1-3 daysDesign & Quotation
For ODM: our team creates design sketches and 3D renders. For OEM: we review your tech pack. Detailed quotation with cost breakdown provided.
5-7 daysPrototype Development
We build a prototype for your review. Includes fabric swatches, color options, and functional testing. Revisions made as needed.
7-10 daysPre-Production Sample
Final sample with exact materials, colors, and packaging. Once approved, this becomes the production standard.
15-20 daysMass Production
Full production run with IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspections. Weekly production updates with photos.
25-45 daysQC & Shipping
Final AQL 2.5 inspection, packaging per your requirements (FBA prep available), and shipping coordination.

IP Protection
We take intellectual property seriously. Before starting any project, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protecting your designs, specifications, and business information. Your custom molds, patterns, and design files are stored securely and never shared with other clients. We can also arrange for exclusive manufacturing agreements for specific products.
