Testing Capabilities
Our in-house testing laboratory performs the following tests on every production batch:
- Hydrostatic Head Test — Measures waterproof rating (PU2000-PU10000mm). Every batch tested per AATCC 127 standard.
- UV Aging Test — 500-hour UV exposure chamber. Tests fabric degradation, color fastness, and waterproofing retention.
- Tear Strength Test — Fabric and seam tear strength per ASTM D5587. Ensures tent withstands wind and stress.
- Color Fastness Test — AATCC 16-2004 method. Verifies colors don’t fade or bleed after UV and washing exposure.
- Zipper Cycle Test — 5,000+ open/close cycles. Tests zipper durability and slider performance.
- Pole Flex Test — Repeated assembly/disassembly. Tests pole strength, joint integrity, and elastic cord durability.
- Wind Resistance Test — Simulated wind load up to 80km/h. Tests structural integrity of assembled tent.
- Lead & Phthalate Test — CPSIA compliance for US market. Tests fabric coatings and components.
Compliance Documentation
With every shipment, we provide the following compliance documents:
- Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for each product batch
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for fabrics and coatings
- Test reports from accredited laboratories (SGS, Intertek, TUV)
- Factory audit reports (BSCI, SEDEX) — available on request
- Declaration of Conformity for CE-marked products
- Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for products marketed to children
